Overview
Springton Lake Middle School offers all 7th and 8th grade students the ability to participate in after-school athletics during the fall, winter, and spring sports seasons. In order to participate, students must have a complete FamilyID registration. Physicals done at SLMS in June will count for the upcoming school year. Example: "If you are playing in 2022-2023, a Physical Exam Form (Section 6) must be dated May 1st, 2022 or after."
